I know they say this, but I wanted to mention for pregnant women not to be OVERLY cautious! You can have some fish! You can have something like 7oz a week. That is about two meals of fish. So find the regulations, and as long as you aren't a big seafood lover, you can get by easily without much mercury entering your system.

Plus, the Omega 3's are very good for the baby's eye and brain development.
