I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I'm going to talk to him about my enlarged heart and see if I can go back to work or not.

I really need to start getting a paycheck again...

My boss told me that I need a note within the next two months or I can't come back to work for a year. I better get a damn note!

I'm not really laid off. My boss and I are really close and she doesn't want me putting stress on my heart so she, personally, won't let me back till a licensed doctor says it's okay.
